I got a bee in my bonnet about building a custom theme for my microBlog site now that I’ve decided to use it more, but my ship of productivity is breaking on the rocks of Hugo, a CMS built by the worst pointdexters in human history. Won’t even permit a decent file extension for their templates.
Just let me call things layout.go.html you dorks. I will have you turbo-wedgied if I read any more GitHub threads dedicated to providing the stupidest possible reasons to not do basic and sensible things.
Oh lord. I’ve just realised why. They assume once someone starts using GoLang they’ll renounce all other programming languages, so filetype delineation is pointless.
Arrggggg, I am screaming.
